  • Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?

Once your order has been placed, we will endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible, therefore we cannot guarantee we will be able to change your delivery address before the order has been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address, and we will do our best to make it happen.

 

  • Can I use an Authority to Leave?

I`m sorry, but we cannot have an Authority to Leave. Signature is required when your order is delivered; so we recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your order. If no one is available, NEW ZEALAND COURIER will leave a card advising you to collect your order from your local post office or choose a redelivery option that suits you.

 

  • Can I Return a product?

If you change your mind about the products you purchased from us online, we will either reimburse you or exchange those products. Please contact customer (customerservice@lauraanne.nz) service for an RMA. Then return the products to the warehouse in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached).

Then you will either be reimbursed by the original forms of payment OR you will get an exchange or store credit.

 

  • When will I receive my refund/exchange?

REFUND

 We’ll send you an email once we’ve successfully processed your refund, and you should then see the funds by the original forms of payment OR you will get an exchange or store credit within 3-5 business days.   

 

EXCHANGE

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your new exchange item has been shipped. Standard delivery time is 6-8 business days from receipt of the shipment confirmation email.
