RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have ordered the wrong size, colour or received a faulty item your order Laura Anne Boutique are happy to replace the goods and pay for shipping cost.
Should you change your mind we will happily provide an exchange, store credit, or Gift Card subject to the following conditions;
• Returned goods be accompanied by a receipt.
• The goods must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
• The goods must be in the original condition as purchased.
The above does not apply to sale clothing, which is not returnable. Exchanges are to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier.
If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act but proof of purchase is required.
Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. Freight charges will not be borne by you if you are located within New Zealand.
Money Back Guarantee Exceptions
The following items are exceptions to the Money Back Guarantee. These items cannot be returned if you change your mind. This does not impact your rights where a product may be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied as described below.
