RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have ordered the wrong size, color, have changed your mind about or faulty your order Laura Anne Boutique are happy to replace the goods and pay for shipping cost.
Should you change your mind we will happily provide an exchange, store credit, or Gift Card subject to the following conditions;
Returned goods be accompanied by a receipt. The goods returned within 10 days of delivery. The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased.
The above does not apply to sale clothing, which is not returnable. Exchanges are to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier
If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act but proof of purchase is required.
Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. Freight charges will not be borne by you if you are located within New Zealand.

We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain a record of your tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of the return as it is on route back to us.
- You return the item within 10 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery purchase.
- You produce your original invoice (receipt) when you return the item
- The item is in original saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached
- TOPS AND DRESSES: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
